On Sept 1, the Metaverse Mirror was opened beneath the “Suzhou Eye” Ferris Wheel in SIP. Incorporating VR (virtual reality) and AIGC (AI-generated content) technologies, it offers visitors a new way of exploring the city of Suzhou.

The project features high-quality real-scene footage and 360-degree panoramic aerial cinematography. Through smart glasses, visitors can glide virtually over Jinji Lake, the Gate of the Orient, Pingjiang Road, Tiger Hill and other iconic landmarks of Suzhou, enjoying amazing scenery from an immersive aerial perspective.

The project offers more than just a scenic tour. Visitors can also play a hide-and-seek game where, as “sweetness seekers”, they follow audio clues to embark on a mission of “seeking sweet experiences”.
